Hello,

I am attempting to install the Horde Framework v2.2.3 and after
following the limited instructions, I go to the test.php page. I see
that everything is ok until I get to the PEAR stuff. Here's what I get:

PEAR - Yes
Recent PEAR - Yes
Mail - Yes
Log - No
Make sure you are using a version of PEAR which includes the Log
classes, or that you have installed the Log package separately. See the
INSTALL file for instructions on installing Log.
DB - Yes
Net_Socket - Yes
Date - No
Horde requires the Date_Calc class for Kronolith to calculate dates.
HTML_Common/HTML_Select - No
Horde requires the HTML_Common and HTML_Select classes only for
Kronolith 1.0 to display forms correctly.
Unknown error: main() [function.main]: Failed opening
'Mail/mimeDecode.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/www/phpincludes')
(/www/htdocs/horde/test.php:194)

Now I'm not yet worried about the unknown error, I am more interested as
to why it thinks 'Log' is not installed when it is. A quick %pear list
says Log is there! I even did a rm -R on the PEAR directory, confirmed
that test.php should explode because no PEAR, and re-installed PEAR
again with 'Log'. Etc. but it refuses to see it! What the heck is going
on? The same thing is happening with HTML_Common and HTML_Select (a.k.a.
HTML_Select_Common) and I don't see a 'Date_Calc' when I do a %pear
list-all... sigh

Any ideas appreciated.

Hi everyone,

I am new to this stuff and been reading up on it. I have IMAP2002c1
running. I need to get webmail installed and running cause it's making
life real hard for me.
From what I have read I need to have a working copy of Horde and IMP
running for webmail. Can someone point me out to a good tutorial on all
the setups required to setup IMP with horde and connect all my users to
use horde.
I have looked everywhere for this info without any luck.

There are mostly adequate docs with each Horde package, in the docs
directory (INSTALL is very good :). If you're an inquisitive Unix minded
person, you shouldn't have much difficulty. If and when you do, there's
this list and sometimes IRC to help you out. You just have to make the
decision to download and go ahead.

Does anyone knows a fair hosting company that will allow running HORDE

Hello,
This is the correct list to ask about horde and IMP problems right? I only
ask because I have asked many questions and never see an answer in the messages
that follow. Ever since installing IMP 3.X my cgi scripts no longer run. If I
disable mod_php4 in httpd.conf then the scripts do work. I never had this
problem with earlier versions of IMP or php3. Can someone shed some light on
this problem? I don't mind programming hit counters etc in PHP but a lot of my
clients do not know how to and use CGI constantly in thier web content.

No one has answered because this has nothing to do with Horde/IMP. You have
a server configuration problem, and you need to ask an apache list or
perhaps the PHP list about it. You also need to give *many* more details
than you've given us, because frankly, your problem makes no sense.

just check if the function Auth::getAuth() returns a value, if not, send them
wherever you want to send them - error page, login page, etc.

Hi,

I would like to remove the bottom navigation bar from all pages; login and all
others. I find that it takes up too much room and I can move the icons I want to

it. I've read the FAQ. I'm using Horde 2.2.3

We are a small ISP trying to set up Horde with Cyrus 2 and SASL on
FreeBSD-stable for our customers.

So far imapd works, a few mailboxes created and we are able to connect to the
horde interface and send/receive mail.

Questions:
1. User creating a folder must specify "INBOX.[foldername]". Can this be
changed?
2. Must all folders created by a user be under INBOX?
3. Admin user cannot create top level [shared] folders. Moreover, when you log
in as cyrus admin user and go to the Folders page, Horde hangs. 'cyrus' is in
tghe admin array of horde/config/horde.php
4. The imapd log is full of messages like this:
Nov 10 18:05:19 a019 imapd[96798]: no user in db
Nov 10 18:05:19 a019 imapd[96798]: login: localhost.hostcentral.com[127.0.0.1]
itz CRAM-MD5 User logged in.
5. It appears that each user only INBOX folder and no Drafts and/or Sent that
we
expected to see. Is that normal? Could this be altered somehow?

Nothing creates either of those folders. If you want other folders to be

See servers.php, 'nanespace'
We know that cyrus could be configured to use altnamespace, that basically makes
all folders appear as if they were top-level folders. However, we would like to
know whether it is possible to have both subfolders and top-level folders.

Horde admin or cyrus admin? Horde might not 'hang', it might be realy,

We altered horde.php so that cyrus user is part of admin array. We would think
that above is sufficient for cyrus user to become a horde admin (and it is
already admin for the cyrus imapd).

Regarding horde being really slow because there are lots of users, that is not
the case. We only have a dozen mailboxes.
However, we would like to know how well does horde really scale. We thought that
it is capable of supporting quite large user base. Is that not accurate? If
horde has problems scaling perhaps we need to think of some kind of
alternative. Squiremail for instance, does not have the calendar, but it least
it scales well.

Well. Horde's Mail::Message Composition offers option of saving copy in
"sent-mail" folder. If such box does not exist, where will the message go and
are not there any errors in horde log?

2. Must all folders created by a user be under INBOX?

We know that cyrus could be configured to use altnamespace, that basically makes
all folders appear as if they were top-level folders. However, we would like to
know whether it is possible to have both subfolders and top-level folders.

Horde admin or cyrus admin? Horde might not 'hang', it might be realy,
realy slow if you have lots of users.

The Cyrus SASL settings are harde to get exactly right; SASL really
likes to use its own DB, and if the settings arnt quite right will fall

We realize that, but we would like to get setting right. Otherwise, it's of

Nothing creates either of those folders. If you want other folders to be
created, that shold happen at the same time as whatever creates the
users INBOX....
Well. Horde's Mail::Message Composition offers option of saving copy in
"sent-mail" folder. If such box does not exist, where will the message go and
are not there any errors in horde log?

With the default Cyrus configuration, all folders are subfolders of INBOX.
If you want to stick with this config, you should set "namespace =>
'INBOX.'" in your IMP config/servers.php file.

However, I'd recommend changing your Cyrus config by setting
"altnamespace: yes" in your Cyrus imapd.conf. This changes the behavior
of Cyrus so that, from the IMAP user's point of view, folders are at the
same "level" as the INBOX. If you previously had a folder "INBOX.foo",
the user would just see it as "foo", not as a subfolder of INBOX. If you
do this, you should set "namespace => ''" in your IMP config/servers.php
file.

Please, be sure you understand the consequences of this change though.
Many Cyrus users believe altnamespace: yes makes the server behave more
like the users expect it to, but maybe you disagree.

Don't ever log in as the admin user, except when you are using the cyradm
program. The admin user does not normally have a mailbox (and shouldn't),
so when you login with Horde it can't select the "INBOX" for the admin
user. Normally, all IMAP servers are required to handle the special name
"INBOX" and map it to the user's real mailbox (user.foo in Cyrus). I'm
not sure what the behavior of IMP/c-client is if it can't do that.

Shared folders should be created using the cyradm tool.

Do you host multiple domains in your configuration?
We host about 8 different domains. One is the central Cyrus server that
everyone gets an account on. The others are departmental IMAP servers
around campus. On a average weekday, we get around 22000 logins for about
8000 unique users. We have two webmail servers behind a load balancer,
for both redundancy and load balancing. We run Horde, IMP, Turba, and
Kronolith right now. I can give you more details if you'd like.

Horde scales fine as far as we can tell. We are planning to add a third
webmail server behind the load balancer to give us a little more capacity,
although that is mainly for the future because the load is completely fine
right now.

The way altnamespace works, you can't create subfolders of INBOX itself.
On the server side, all folders are actually subfolders of INBOX, but
altnamespace maps them to the same level as INBOX. If you were able to
make subfolders of INBOX with altnamespace in effect, where would the
server store them? Of course, you can still make subfolders, just not
rooted at INBOX. You could have:

INBOX
foo
foo.bar

but not:

INBOX.foo

If you are able to do this with Outlook Express, I can only assume that
Outlook Express is mapping the subfolder of INBOX to some other location.
Listing the mailboxes on the server side might show what is really
happening.

This is probably very stupid, but I do not see a cyradm command that creates a
new shared folder.
Shared folders aren't really different than regular folders. In cyradm,
you create a users mailbox by prefixing it with "user." (for example, "cm
user.foo"). To create a shared folder, you just create "foo". To make it
a shared folder, you need to grant users permission on the folder (for
example, "sam foo user1 lrswipcda").

If I remember correctly, once you have given a user permission to a shared
folder, they should see a folder named "Shared Folders" in their folder
listing. The subfolder of that would be "foo", for example. Let me know
if this doesn't make sense.

Not sure if this is the solution but...

I couldn't login to mysql from horde but could from the command line and from
within another php script.

I added
horde.php:$conf['auth']['params']['protocol'] = 'tcp';
horde.php:$conf['prefs']['params']['protocol'] = 'tcp';
to the horde config file. Might have been another place or two I added that.

It solved my connection problems for mysql.

FYI,

Katie
-------------------------------------------------
Can you log in as the horde user from te command line?
psql -h 127.0.0.1 -U horde horde
Have you reloaded/restarted postgres since adding your horde entries to
the pg_hba.conf? (sorry, just had to ask)
Yes, I can log in from the command line, and I have re-started both
postgres and httpd.

Incidentally, when I log in from the command line, the postgres logs
record the connection. No connection (successful or unsuccessful) is
recorded when Horde fails to access the preferences database (from its
php scripts). That's why I think php-pgsql is dysfunctional somehow.
Maybe it is expecting a missing environment variable, or something like
that?

Don't ever log in as the admin user, except when you are using the cyradm
program. The admin user does not normally have a mailbox (and shouldn't),
so when you login with Horde it can't select the "INBOX" for the admin
user. Normally, all IMAP servers are required to handle the special name
"INBOX" and map it to the user's real mailbox (user.foo in Cyrus). I'm
not sure what the behavior of IMP/c-client is if it can't do that.

Shared folders should be created using the cyradm tool.

This is because you don't the namespace parameter set correctly. Either
use "INBOX." (note trailing dot), or change to "altnamespace: yes" and use
"" (blank).

Hope this helps!

We are a small ISP trying to set up Horde with Cyrus 2 and SASL on
FreeBSD-stable for our customers.
We use Cyrus and Horde here successfully. See comments below.
Great. Thank you very much for answering us.
Could you please tell us how large is your user base. [We would like to know how
well does horde scale.]
Do you host multiple domains in your configuration?
We host about 8 different domains. One is the central Cyrus server that
everyone gets an account on. The others are departmental IMAP servers
around campus. On a average weekday, we get around 22000 logins for about
8000 unique users. We have two webmail servers behind a load balancer,
for both redundancy and load balancing. We run Horde, IMP, Turba, and
Kronolith right now. I can give you more details if you'd like.

Horde scales fine as far as we can tell. We are planning to add a third
webmail server behind the load balancer to give us a little more capacity,
although that is mainly for the future because the load is completely fine
right now.

So far imapd works, a few mailboxes created and we are able to connect to
the
Post by ml at a019.hostcentral.com ()
horde interface and send/receive mail.
1. User creating a folder must specify "INBOX.[foldername]". Can this be
changed?
2. Must all folders created by a user be under INBOX?
If you
do this, you should set "namespace => ''" in your IMP config/servers.php
file.
1. With Outlook Express as a client we are able to create both top-level folders
and also subfolders.
2. With HORDE when we give folder name as MYNEWFOLDER it creates a new top-level
folder. However, if we try to create folder with name INBOX.myfolder we get
following error 'The folder "INBOX.myfolder" was not created. This is what the
server saidInvalid mailbox name'.
Is it possible to have kinds of mail folders with horde just as with regular
IMAP client?

Listing the mailboxes on the server side might show what is really
happening.

Please, be sure you understand the consequences of this change though.
Many Cyrus users believe altnamespace: yes makes the server behave more
like the users expect it to, but maybe you disagree.
We also think that our users will be more comfortable with altnamespace.

Shared folders should be created using the cyradm tool.

What is the username for the user who is not in db?
My /var/log/auth.log is full of "no user in db" and a few less "no secret in
database" messages. However, I could not yet figure out what is the username
for the missing user.
I think it should really be saying, "Can't find this user in
mailboxes.db", meaning that the user you authenticated as does not have a
mailbox. That is assuming these log messages are caused by you logging in
as the admin user. If they are caused by a regular user logging in, I'm
not sure.

This is because you don't the namespace parameter set correctly. Either

I did this, but as I said now we have problems making subfolders.
I am pasting my configurarion from imp/config/servers.php
---
$servers['imap'] = array(
'name' => 'IMAP Server',
'server' => 'localhost',
'protocol' => 'imap/notls',
'port' => 143,
'folders' => '',
'namespace' => '',
'maildomain' => 'a019.hostcentral.com',
'smtphost' => 'localhost',
'realm' => '',
'preferred' => ''
);
---
That is basically the same IMP config we use here. See my comments above
about subfolders.

Not sure if this is the solution but...

I couldn't login to mysql from horde but could from the command line and from
within another php script.

I added
horde.php:$conf['auth']['params']['protocol'] = 'tcp';
horde.php:$conf['prefs']['params']['protocol'] = 'tcp';
to the horde config file. Might have been another place or two I added that.

It solved my connection problems for mysql.

FYI,

Katie
-------------------------------------------------
Can you log in as the horde user from te command line?
psql -h 127.0.0.1 -U horde horde
Have you reloaded/restarted postgres since adding your horde entries to
the pg_hba.conf? (sorry, just had to ask)
Yes, I can log in from the command line, and I have re-started both
postgres and httpd.

Incidentally, when I log in from the command line, the postgres logs
record the connection. No connection (successful or unsuccessful) is
recorded when Horde fails to access the preferences database (from its
php scripts). That's why I think php-pgsql is dysfunctional somehow.
Maybe it is expecting a missing environment variable, or something like
that?

Hi All

I was wondering if there was any basic documentation or how-to on
installing from CVS..?
I have an old version of the cvs installed from about a year ago and that
was a piece of cake but I am having all sorts of problems with the new one
that I am sure are just to do with the way i am installing it, perhaps
even the order i am installing it in..

I notice there is a new module called framework.... which I am struggling
to get anywhere with..

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Sure, if you haven't already updated your cvs version, do that, remember
to use the -Pd for update

read the Readme file and the docs/Install

In the framework directory there is a file called "install-packages", as
stated in the install file, you need to install the framework like so:
php -q install-framework.php

:)

In the framework directory there is a file called "install-packages", as
php -q install-framework.php
This all worked very well for me, but then I cvs up'd:

cd /var/www/horde; cvs -q up -Pd

And my HORDE didn't work. (I also tried re-running install-framework.php).

The apache log showed no errors, but my browser showed no HORDE.

I haven't had time to really look into it more. I just rolled back to
what I had working the other day.

any ideas?

Hello all,

i have problems with ansel and a mssql db backend depended also to
Datatree_sql.

When i create a gallery, the entrys are added to the database, but they
could not be listed due SQL query Syntax errors.

The errors within the getByAttributes function:

x) mssql cannot check text fields with the = operator, this fieldtype forces
the use of the LIKE operator (used in the where clause with the
attribute_value field)
x) mssql cannot convert text fields (used in the where clause with the
attribute_value field)
x) mssql (and also postgres) cannot parse a (field_value & number)
expression because they need a boolean result. So the expression maybe changed to
(field_value & number = number), this results into a boolean

However, a main problem seems the text datatype in mssql tables. How large
is the data stored in the category_attributes.attribute_value field. Is it
possible to use another datatype ?

A varchar(1024) or so should work fine - there shouldn't be too much data in
those fields. 255 might even do it.

Please avoid baseless, ignorant speculation like this.

We need a match to make MSSQL work, and that will probably come in the
next week
if not sooner. Postgres is already handled, and works perfectly.

Hi all,

although I've done some research on the web and MARC, I didm't get it
right.
I want to use SMTP authentication with IMP.
In config/horde.php I've

$conf['mailer']['type'] = 'smtp';
$conf['mailer']['params'] = array();
$conf['mailer']['params']['host'] = 'localhost';
$conf['mailer']['params']['auth'] = 'true';

When I try to send a mail I get from syslog:
Feb 28 09:42:31 dankwart postfix/smtpd[10138]: connect from

Then I've tried to set:
$conf['mailer']['params']['auth'] = 'LOGIN';
but that does not change anything.

After deleting the MD5 files in /usr/lib/sasl2/ horde semed to try LOGIN.
But that does not work, too:

Does anyone know how I can AMTP authentication get to work?

TIA, best regards

Then I've tried to set:
$conf['mailer']['params']['auth'] = 'LOGIN';
but that does not change anything.

After deleting the MD5 files in /usr/lib/sasl2/ horde semed to try LOGIN.
But that does not work, too:

Feb 28 10:00:19 dankwart postfix/smtpd[10635]: disconnect from

Does anyone know how I can AMTP authentication get to work?

TIA, best regards

Browsing the web i found http://www.inbox.lv They have a great modified horde +
imp running there. There are some features i found great for example:

* Signup process is great
* Signup data as birth date and a security question are stored in the horde
database and can be changed from the options in horde menu.
* They made a fetch mail option, so u can get e-mail from other pop3-imap
accounts
* Graphical quota
* Advertisement right in the inbox (great for free mail sites)
* As in standard IMP there is a little book near addresses when viewing a
message, they have a little "stop sign" that will add a rule to block all
future
messages from that address
* Hint bar with messages telling about the features and the way to manage those
features

May be someone can contact them and they contribute those mods to horde, or may
be some one can get some inspiration from those mods.

Seems pretty site specific - might be nice to have as examples.

This fetchmail option most likely came from Nuno Loureiro's fetchmail
code from
2 years ago (and is located in IMP HEAD, ur.. 3.0 - man it feels good to
finally say that!)
Post by Ivan Zilic Schmidt - Maingroup Inc.
* Graphical quota
Already in 3.0.

Implemented via midas (http://www.horde.org/midas/)?

Might be useful, but we already have blacklist/whitelist links and putting too
many icons on the address bar will clutter it unnecessarily IMHO.

This sounds kind of nifty - I wonder if mottle could be use for this sort of

Eric, this is not my problem. The PHP binary IS located at /usr/local/bin/php...
I have been running this for quite some time. It was just recently changed. This
is what was added to the top of horde/framework/install-packages.php:

/* Don't die if time limit exceeded. */
set_time_limit(0);

/* Get any arguments. */
require_once 'Console/Getopt.php';
$args = Console_Getopt::readPHPArgv();
$options = Console_Getopt::getopt($args, 'd:c:', array('install-dir=',
'config='));
if (PEAR::isError($options)) {
echo "Bad option\n";
exit;
}

/* Set these options to empty by default. */
$install_dir = '';
$config_file = '';
foreach ($options[0] as $option) {
switch ($option[0]) {
case 'd':
case '--install-dir':
/* Alternate install directory requested. */
$install_dir = ' -d php_dir=' . $option[1] .
' -d test_dir=' . $option[1] . '/tests' .
' -d doc_dir=' . $option[1] . '/doc' .
' -d data_dir=' . $option[1] . '/data';
break;
case 'c':
case '--config':
/* Alternate config file requested. */
$config_file = ' -c ' . $option[1];
}
}

It appears to me thast is failing at the new statement
$options = Console_Getopt::getopt($args, 'd:c:', array('install-dir=',
'config='));
if (PEAR::isError($options)) {
echo "Bad option\n";
exit;
}

Not sure what the 'd:c:' is for but this is more of a windows drive letter
thing. I am NOT using windows...

Michael
After sync'ing today I tried to update the packages via
horde/framework/install-packages.php. However, I got a message of
"#!/usr/local/bin/php Bad option". Has anyone else got the same result?
Either run it via the php command, or modify the path in the first
line of the file to point to your php command line program (e.g.
/usr/bin/php).

It has nothing to do with windows. It just maps options to letters
(--install-dir == -d, --config == -c).

So, seems that there is a bad option for some reason, but I've not had time
to look into it. Sorry for the false hering.

Hello List!

Is someone - besides me - using hordes merk?
I think its quite cool, but I?ve got problems getting it work.

I run Horde Head - and all modules are working quite well - but merk doesn?t...

For example:
When I try to create a new category I get a:
Error saving category: DB Error: no such field
and the log says:
Apr 15 14:43:07 HORDE [error] [merk] DB Error: no such field: INSERT INTO
merk_categories (datatree_id, group_uid, datatree_name, datatree_order,
datatree_data, user_uid, datatree_serialized, datatree_parents) VALUES (3,
'merk.categories', 3, NULL, '', 'con', 0, '') [nativecode=1054 ** Unknown
column 'datatree_id' in 'field list'] [on line 366 of
"/opt/php4/lib/php/Horde/DataTree/sql.php"]
Apr 15 14:43:07 HORDE [error] [merk] DB Error: no such field: INSERT INTO
merk_categories (datatree_id, group_uid, datatree_name, datatree_order,
datatree_data, user_uid, datatree_serialized, datatree_parents) VALUES (3,

column 'datatree_id' in 'field list'] [on line 209 of
"/home/con/www/horde/merk/lib/Categories.php"]

I used the mysql script to create the database tables for merk - but I guess
this script is out of date...

Could someone help me and post a working script?
... or is there an other reason why it?s not working?

Thanks a lot for your help!

merk now defaults to use the horde_datatree table and optionally in conf.php you
can specify a different copy of it to use.
the SQL script just wasn't updated to reflect the changes that were done in the

Hello,

I am using the latest HEAD. I accidently copied over my customized .php files
with the .php.dist files in the config directories of horde and imp. I have
corrected them back some, but am still having some difficulties and am hoping
you can assist me in correcting the situation.

Here are my current symptoms:

My users can login and read mail. (I should mention that my users have accounts
on the system and I am using (or at leat want to use) IMAP for
authentication.)

When I attempt to access my address book, I get:
Connection to IMSP host failed.

I do not know if this is related or not, but when I choose the option of
renaming sent-mail folder, I got this error message:

Renaming "sent-mail" to "" failed. This is what the server said:

but that is all it says.

Thanks in advance!

Hi all,

This nearly made me pull my hair out until I figured out what was going on....

First, the background, I have a rule that is based on List-ID ending with
"<horde.lists.horde.org>". Based on the patch that I submitted yesterday (and
was accepted, thanks!) the rule that is created in sieve is the following:
47: # Move horde mail
48: if header :comparator "i;octet" :matches "List-Id"
"*<horde.lists.horde.org>" {
49: fileinto "xxx/xxx/xxx";
50: stop;
51: }

So far, so good :-)

Anyway, the problem is that when you click on "view script" what is shown is the
following:

47: # Move horde mail
48: if header :comparator "i;octet" :matches "List-Id" "*" {
49: fileinto "xxx/xxx/xxx";
50: stop;
51: }

You can probably guess by now what was happening, the browser was hiding the
"tag" for us, since it didn't know what it was. Now, I can see where to fix
it... line 66 of ingo/script.php simply "HTML-escape" each line of the
generated or retrieved script. The problem is that I don't know how you would
do that...

If you let me know, then I will fix it and send through a patch, of of course it
could just be fixed :-)

Cheers,
Paul

First, the background, I have a rule that is based on List-ID ending with
"<horde.lists.horde.org>". Based on the patch that I submitted yesterday (and
47: # Move horde mail
48: if header :comparator "i;octet" :matches "List-Id"
"*<horde.lists.horde.org>" {
49: fileinto "xxx/xxx/xxx";
50: stop;
51: }
So far, so good :-)
Anyway, the problem is that when you click on "view script" what is shown is the
47: # Move horde mail
48: if header :comparator "i;octet" :matches "List-Id" "*" {
49: fileinto "xxx/xxx/xxx";
50: stop;
51: }

Based on the patch that I submitted yesterday (and
was accepted, thanks!) the rule that is created in sieve is the following:

"*<horde.lists.horde.org>" {
49: fileinto "xxx/xxx/xxx";

Anders,

Do you use IMP as a login module for testing ?
User horde is a special user used for accessing horde base.
You should create another user in horde base and use it for testing horde,

Objet : [horde] DB Error: connect failed - access denied for user
***@localhost (mysql and horde)

I have tried to install Horde 2.2 with PHP Version: 4.3.4. mysqladmin
version reports: Server version 3.23.49-log

Problem is that I cannot connect to mysql database. This would occur if,
for instance, had I used not the correct username or password. But as
far as I can tell, I have set these as follows: In
scripts/mysql_create.sql I have set the password to the same password as
I have in config/horde.php

If I try to connect to mysql, using
mysql --user=horde -p
there is no problem when I submit the password that is in both files
mentioned above. So one would think horde should be able to connect?

The error messages are as follows:
Error message:----------
DB Error: connect failed

[line 108 of /www3/htdocs/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php]

Details have been logged for the administrator.
---------------------

And the log file says:
maj 25 14:53:01 HORDE [emergency] [imp] DB Error: connect failed:
[nativecode=Access denied for user: '***@localhost' (Using password:
YES ** Array [on line 108 of "/www3/htdocs/horde/lib/Prefs/sql.php"]

Why is horde and mysql not connecting?

/Anders

When you recently did a CVS update, did you ensure all of the
config/*.dist files that were modified had been copied over to your
active (non .dist) config? In particular attributes.php - as well as
prefs.php & html.php ..

Also, in the future, please direct your questions to the correct group
for the application you're inquiring about, in this case - turba ...
